iBodyFit.com brings you iPod Workouts, Classes, Exercises and Personal Training Sessions.
Pop up instructions.
Choose your video and click the 'download to iPod' button. (highlighted in yellow). Need a Video?
Click 'save' on the window that pops up.
A second window will pop up. Save your video to desktop.
Name your video. (optional) We suggest you keep the same name that opens in the window.
Click the 'save' button.
Your video icon should be on your desktop now. Drag it to the 'movies' section in iTunes.
Download your new iBodyFit video as you would any other song or video to your iPod!
